Ordering
You can purchase “It’s Made In Iowa” featured products through our secure Online Shopping Cart or by contacting us at #712-676-3993. If you reach our voice mail, please leave your name, phone number and message and we will return your call and process your order as soon as possible. All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change. No order will be shipped until payment is verified.

Shipping

Your order will be processed as soon as we are able to confirm payment. Typically, orders are in process 2-3 business days before they are shipped. Depending of the shipping option you choose, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days.
Each product will either be shipped directly from the supplier or from our store. If you order more than one item from different suppliers, you may receive each supplier’s items separately.

Shipping Methods
Some items will be shipped from the supplier and some will be shipped from our store. Shipping charges for trucked items are calculated for a commercial delivery.
Shipping Costs
“It’s Made In Iowa” Online Shopping Cart is designed to provide you with accurate shipping costs on all of our products. However, shipping costs can vary. Unique package sizes, weights, destinations and delivery methods may affect shipping charges. In the rare instance where additional shipping charges apply, we will confirm the charges via e-mail before the order is processed.
International Orders
“It’s Made In Iowa” can ship your purchase to almost any address in the world. Different costs and regulations may apply when your purchase is being shipped outside of the Continental U.S. We will do our best to provide you with accurate shipping costs, however additional custom or brokerage fees may be charged by the transportation company. Taxes, duties or brokerage fees are to be paid directly by the customer and are not refundable under any circumstances. Payment
All payments are required to be made in U.S. Currency. Our online store accepts payment through PayPal. PayPal accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, eCHECK, and AMEX. Sales Tax
As an Iowa based business, the only sales tax we must collect are for items shipped to addresses within Iowa. Tax in the amount of 7% will be charged and added to the invoice of all Iowa customers.

Returns
We want you to be very satisfied with every “It’s Made In Iowa” purchase you make. Please unpack and inspect your ordered items as soon as possible. We will instruct you on how to ship the product back. Once the product is returned, we will do our best to ensure that you receive a replacement item in a timely manner.
