We want you to be very satisfied with every “It’s Made In Iowa” purchase you make. 

Please unpack and inspect your ordered items as soon as possible.  If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by phone at #712-676-3993, by Fax at #712-676-3994 or by E-mail at: sales@itsmadeiniowa.com.  We will instruct you on how to ship the product back.  Once the product is returned, we will do our best to ensure that you receive a replacement item in a timely manner.
