At It's Made In Iowa, LLC, we  value your business and strive to do everything within our ability to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable and hassle free!  Our business has been built on the principle that the customer comes first and that it is our job to serve you in the best possible way.

We are available to assist you by e-mail at sales@itsmadeiniowa.com. We will reply to your during normal business hours, Monday  - Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, Central Standard Time (CST). 

PAYMENT TYPES
It’s Made in Iowa accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  Invoiced items for pre-approved businesses only must pay by Check 30 days net. Orders can also be picked up at our physical location with prior notification.   

ORDERING
You can purchase It's Made In Iowa featured products through our secure Online Shopping Cart or by contacting us at sales@itsmadeiniowa.com.  All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change.  No order will be shipped until payment is verified.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing
Your order will be processed as soon as we are able to confirm payment.  Typically, orders are in process 2 to 3 business days before they are shipped.  Depending of the shipping option you choose, you should receive your order within 7 to 10 business days. Items are shipped Monday through Friday except during US Federal Holidays.

Each product will either be shipped directly from the supplier or from our store.  If you order more than one item from different suppliers, you may receive shipments from each supplier.   

It's Made In Iowa, LLC monitors every order to ensure customer satisfaction.

Shipping Methods
Items are shipped by It's Made in Iowa via UPS. Some items will be shipped from the supplier and some will be shipped from our store. Default shipping method is UPS ground.  

Shipping Costs
It's Made In Iowa's online shopping cart is designed to provide you with accurate shipping costs on all of our products.  However, shipping costs can vary.  Unique package sizes, weights, destinations and delivery methods may affect shipping charges.  In the rare instance where additional shipping charges apply, we will confirm the charges via e-mail before the order is processed.

Ship to Locations 
It's Made In Iowa ships items to physical locations within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.

At Its Made in Iowa, we are committed to protecting your privacy and handling every transaction with the utmost security measures in effect. Secure Guaranty
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. 

Disclosure to Outside Third Parties
It's Made in Iowa does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. All information gathered from purchases, surveys, newsletter sign ups and other online activities are used by It's Made in Iowa to track sales, maintain customer service and handle marketing related issues.

Your Private Online Communications Disclosure
We honor the confidentiality of our customers' private e-mail communications with It's made in Iowa, as well as any profile data you may create.

From time-to-time, It's Made in Iowa will use your private email information to contact you about company or policy changes and Special offers. This mailing list is never sold, rented or used by a third party.

Information Security
It's Made In Iowa Shopping Cart service was created with secure elements ensuring your purchase information is relayed through encrypted channels. To be sure you are viewing secure pages when entering payment information, check your web browser's status bar located at the bottom of the window for the closed padlock icon.  Also, all browsers display an "s" after the http (https://) in the Web site address to indicate that you are in a secure environment.  Credit cards are encrypted and processed in an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) environment.  NO credit card numbers are maintained in our store beyond order processing. 

MERCHANDISE RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS  

We want you to be very satisfied with every It's Made In Iowa purchase you make. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, feel free to return it in new condition for a full merchandise refund excluding S&H and a 10% restocking fee within 20 days of your purchase. We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or exchange, whichever you prefer! Please take a moment to review our Merchandise Returns Terms and Conditions below.

 All our products are returnable with the following few exceptions:

• Special order items
• Discounted/ Clearance items 
• Special order quantities
• Any Item with a broken seal
• We ask that you not return products with signs of use. (i.e. marks/scratches, dirt or other debris and extreme odors such as cigarette smoke or animals.)

In the unlikely event you receive damaged merchandise, report it within 5 days of delivery to sales@itsmadeiniowa.com so that we can expedite a damage claim with the carrier. Please note that carriers will not accept damage claims beyond 5 days of delivery. Retain all outer cartons, boxes, packing material, and labels until the claim has been completed. We will ship an immediate no-charge replacement order when the claim is approved.

Package your merchandise to protect it from damage in transit to It's Made in Iowa (or the manufacturer) and return postage-prepaid. Insure the package for the value of the product. In the event the merchandise is damaged in transit to It's Made in Iowa, you may file a claim with your carrier. We will hold the merchandise for up to 30 days, unless you instruct us differently, while your claim is in process. Please note that insufficient packaging may be cause for some shippers to deny damage claims.
